SWSC Fall Registration

A player's printable registration form can be mailed to the above address with a check payable to SWSC. Be sure to mail your check with the registration form by August 21st.

There will also be two registration days:

     Saturday, August 16th and
     Saturday, August 23rd
          from 9AM to 12 Noon at the Jerry J. Fairley Complex.

Pre-print your form or fill one out at the soccer complex. See you there!

The regular soccer fee is $40.00 per child (the fourth and subsequent children from the same household are free). The fees cover soccer socks, shorts, shirt and insurance. Parents must provide shinguards, soccer shoes (cannot be baseball or football shoes) and ball.

Parents, as always, we are going to need coaches. If you will coach a team, please note it on the child's registration form. Coaching soccer is an experience you'll never forget, give it a try.
