SWRA Youth Football Mini-Camp

When: May 17, 2008 - 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Who: Football Players aged 5 to 12

Register by May 8, 2008 to avoid $10 late registration fee!

Fee: $45.00.
   Late registration will be at camp on 5/17 from 7 to 8 AM and will cost $55.00.

Players wear shirts and shorts. Sunscreen is recommended.

Fill out the registration form and mail it in by 5/8/2008.

Dear Business Owner/Manager/Merchant:

The Stone Wiggins Football Association is opening its season in August 2006. We would like to offer you the opportunity to sponsor a youth football team made up of boys and girls from 5 to 12 years old. The team you sponsor will wear uniforms with your company name displayed on the front. The cost is $200.00. Also, we are offering another option to display your company name on the helmets of a team you sponsor for $100.00. There are a limited number of teams, so sponsorships will be given in the order the paperwork is received. Also, if you decide to not sponsor a team, your interest in the football league, a donation of money and/or your time would be greatly appreciated. The deadline for sponsorship is September 5, 2006.
