Stone-Wiggins Recreation Association
Youth Basketball Registration

WHO:    Boys & Girls – Age 7-15
             (Must be 7 by 9/1/08 and not over 15 on 9/1/08)

Where:  Stone County Court House
             (Supervisors Board Room)

When:   Thursday Nov 13 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
              Friday Nov 14 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
              Final Registration - Saturday Nov 15 from 10 a.m. - 12 noon

Final Registration - Saturday Nov 17 from 10 a.m. – 12:00 pm

Cost:      $40.00 per child
              (fourth child or more from same family are free*)

Registration Forms can be printed online and mailed to
      SWRA Basketball, PO Box 1412, Wiggins, MS 39577
      with payment or completed at sign-up.

Regular season games will be played on Saturdays and Friday nights, January through March.

Mailed entries must be received no later than November 17, 2008. The 15 year old division is contingent upon participation.

*Same family benefits must be siblings in the same household. Proof must be furnished.
